BECOME A SEAKEEPER
You can help support the International SeaKeepers Society
in building a global effort to help restore an protect the
world’s oceans. Members of the Society recognize the
ocean’s critical importance to the life of our planet
and are deeply committed to finding real-world solutions to
the problems now plaguing our seas.
Consider joining as a Founder or other leadership level. If
that is not within your means, we would appreciate any financial
support – every contribution makes an impact. Our
annual budget is $1.5 million, which covers the development
and support of our SeaKeeper 1000 monitoring system, as well
as administration and fundraising efforts.
As a nonprofit, we are in a position to work with scientists,
governments, academia, and industry, as well as the public
on select issues. We are proud that our efficiency and
agility allow us to respond more effectively than many larger
institutions. Of course, the contacts and resources of our
members often make the difference, allowing us greater impact
than our modest membership and budget would normally allow.

contributing toward long-term ocean conservation.
