This passion led her to support SeaKeepers as Educational Programme Planner through science, education, and community engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Holding a Postgraduate Certification in Education, a Master\u2019s Degree in Environmental Science, and a Bachelor\u2019s in Animal Science, Marla brings a unique blend of expertise and experience to her role. An avid traveller, she now combines storytelling, education, and strategic thinking to foster ecological awareness and drive meaningful change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through her own company, The Eco Chapter, Marla designs and facilitates creative workshops on environmental storytelling, nature-based reflection, and good faith communication\u2014helping individuals and organisations connect deeply with sustainability in both language and practice. Her writing spans climate fiction, educational materials, and thought pieces that explore the emotional, cultural, and ethical dimensions of our relationship with the Earth.
