Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Max grew up mostly in England, but trips back to the coast always reminded him of his love for the ocean. After studying International Business at Oxford Brookes University, he realised he wanted to combine his skills with a cause he genuinely cared about: marine conservation. Now, as the United Kingdom Programme Assistant at SeaKeepers, he helps bring together scientists, communities, and decision-makers to work on projects that protect our oceans for the future.
