As Director of Operations & Programmes at SeaKeepers Asia, Gail leads the development and execution of regional initiatives focused on education, community engagement, and marine conservation. Building on the foundation of established international programming, SeaKeepers Asia aims to create stronger awareness of the state of our oceans—fostering appreciation, responsibility, and action to protect, conserve, and restore where possible.
Gail is a dedicated advocate of SeaKeepers’ mission to Research, Educate, Protect, and Restore. She works closely with the DISCOVERY Fleet and programme partners to deliver immersive, hands-on experiences that engage communities and build lasting, impactful collaborations.
Deeply committed to empowering the next generation as future stewards of the ocean, Gail also champions grassroots organisations and local communities driving positive environmental change. Through her work, she creates opportunities that spark curiosity, cultivate a sense of responsibility, and deepen our collective connection to the marine environment.
