Trenton Gay is a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer with a diverse leadership portfolio spanning property development, marina development and agricultural enterprises. He has overseen significant commercial, industrial and waterfront projects that contribute to regional growth, enhance community infrastructure and deliver long term value for stakeholders.
In addition to his property and marina interests, Trenton manages commercial cattle breeding operations, reflecting his strong commitment to sustainable land use, enterprise diversification and responsible rural management.
Trenton holds several notable leadership and governance roles. He serves as Chairman of Aussie Kidz Charity, a Queensland based organisation providing essential support to children with disabilities and special needs. He is a Trustee of the International Seakeepers Society Charitable Trust, supporting marine research, ocean conservation initiatives and global
scientific collaboration. He is also a Board Director of the Marina Industries Association (MIA) contributing to industry standards, strategic development and future planning for the marina and broader marine sectors.
He maintains active involvement in supporting and promoting the superyacht industry both in Australia and international regularly attending industry events and boat shows. Trenton is called upon to provide updates and insights to the industry when attending these events.
He maintains very strong ties to the International Game Fishing Association (IGFA) and its conservation and research initiative supporting the catch and release programs. He regularly travels to game fishing tournaments and remote locations to assist with these programs. Through his combined commercial, community and industry leadership, Trenton brings a disciplined, strategic and values driven approach to every aspect of his work.
