Riviera Beach Cleanup with Grand Yacht Crew

On Thursday, March 27, 2026, The International SeaKeepers Society partnered with Grand Yacht Crew to host a beach cleanup at Riviera Beach in conjunction with the Palm Beach International Boat Show.

The cleanup brought together 10 volunteers from the yachting community who worked to remove debris from the shoreline, collectively collecting approximately 10 pounds of trash. This initiative highlighted the importance of stewardship within the industry and demonstrated how small, coordinated efforts can have a meaningful impact on protecting coastal environments.

The event also featured a 5K fun run, creating an engaging and active way for participants to connect while supporting ocean conservation. By combining fitness, community engagement, and environmental action, the cleanup fostered a sense of shared responsibility for preserving marine ecosystems.

Grand Yacht Crew, a new platform designed to connect yacht crew with trusted services across all aspects of yachting life, played a key role in engaging participants. The platform supports crew through resources such as career development, financial guidance, health and fitness, marine conservation and sustainability initiatives, as well as visa and travel insurance services.
