SeaKeepers attend the Women with Purpose Ladies’ Lunch

On March 13, 2026, The International SeaKeepers Society attended the Women with Purpose Ladies’ Lunch at the Harbour Hotel, Southampton. Hosted by Cherise Reedman, founder of Yacht Pearls of Wisdom, the event welcomed more than 60 guests from across the superyacht industry for a day focused on connection, leadership, and support for female crew. Discussions explored the experiences of women working within the sector and the importance of coaching and mentorship. A major focus of the event was the safety and wellbeing of female crew in yachting, including the formal launch of the Female Yacht Crew Safety Survey. The survey aims to establish baseline data on the wellbeing of women in the superyacht industry.

The International SeaKeepers Society attended the Women with Purpose Ladies’ Lunch to connect with industry colleagues and support the wellbeing of yacht crew, many of whom not only support SeaKeepers’ mission around the world, but also help activate the organisation’s work at sea. The event also provided an opportunity to raise awareness for SeaKeepers’ mission.
