Jay has been building technology companies for over 35 years. He founded his first venture in 1988, creating electronic case management software for the U.S. Federal Court system before selling the company in 1999. He went on to found Oklahoma Technology Solutions, a managed IT services provider, and Flyover Software, which delivers SaaS solutions to the energy sector.
A lifelong advocate for the marine environment, Mr. Wade serves as Chairman of the Board of The International SeaKeepers Society, where he champions the organization’s mission of bridging the worlds of yachting and marine science to protect our oceans. He is based in Oklahoma City.
