Ocaquatics Swim School Cleanup at Hobie Beach

SeaKeepers continued celebrating Valentine's weekend with a second beach clean up at Hobie Beach in collaboration with Clean Miami Beach and Ocaquatics Swim School! While some people prefer to give each other plastic flowers and wine bottles for Valentine’s Day, the best thing we could do for our big blue Valentine to show some love was take these items away to be disposed of properly. In the end, our 30 volunteers took away 12 bags of trash for a total of 111 pounds cleaned up! We are so grateful for all of our volunteers and collaborators who spent their Monday cleaning the beach with us. And remember, you can show your love for the ocean EVERY day of the year!
