Palma International Boat Show 2024
Palma, Spain
April 24-28, 2024
Overview
The International SeaKeepers Society joined the international yachting community for the Palma International Boat Show. This Mediterranean show is now in its 40th year and featured a range of some of the finest 24m+ superyachts currently on the international market and included a dedicated superyacht village of shore-side exhibitors, showcasing the latest advancements in yacht design and new technologies. Over 27,000 people visited the show over 4 days and SeaKeepers were proud to showcase the DISCOVERY Yacht program alongside our Educational Outreach partner Ethical Yacht Wear within the Sustainability Corner Superyacht Square. We announced our new Corporate Citizen Science Partner RSA and spent valuable time with programme partner FarSounder discussing a new marine mammal research project for the coming year. AON welcomed us into the Superyacht Lounge to network with guests and to share our mission & vision. The Palma International Boat Show is now designing the future of this event and is applying for certification as a sustainable show. By surveying daily records it will measure the carbon footprint of the show and its visitors to draw up a plan to reduce it in 2025.
