Tracy Edwards MBE

Tracy Edwards is an international sailor, a motivational speaker, a published author, and the founder of The Maiden Factor Foundation. Tracy won international fame in 1989 as the skipper of the first all-female crew to sail around the world in the Whitbread Round the World Yacht Race. The boat won two legs and came second overall in her class. The best result for a British boat since 1977. That vessel, Maiden - is now literally the figurehead of her new Charity. Mike Golding OBE

Mike Golding OBE is one of the world’s most accomplished and successful offshore sailors. An IMOCA and FICO world champion, over two decades Mike has consistently achieved race winning performances in many of the most prestigious round the world and transoceanic races. In 2007 Mike was awarded an OBE by The Queen for his services to sailing. As current Chair of “World Sailings” Sustainability Commission, Mike supports initiatives that improve the sports environmental impact and he uses his unique experience and knowledge of the world’s oceans to reach and educate a wide non-sailor audience.
