Southampton International Boat Show 2024

Overview

On September 19, 2024, The International SeaKeepers Society UK Office attended the Southampton International Boat Show. They attended the British Superyacht breakfast to network with those in the industry. They subsequently walked the show and networked with various companies and organisations exhibiting at the show, discussing how they could get involved with SeaKeepers’ programming. SeaKeepers’ Director of International Relations, Gill Rodrigues, spoke on the Women in Marine panel alongside Debbie Hood ( Enigma Power Boats), Abby emery (Oyster Yachts), Angela Goulding (DF Capital) and moderated by Hollie Smith (Boatbuilding News), inspiring others with their experiences of being women in the maritime industry.

The International SeaKeepers Society attended the Southampton International Boat Show to connect with more members of the industry, and to encourage more participation in SeaKeepers' DISCOVERY Yacht Programme.
