Overview
On Wednesday 4 September, 2024, The International SeaKeepers Society attended the YPY UK Summer Party: “Croquet and Cocktails”, at the Parsons Green Sports Club. The SeaKeepers UK team met with other young professionals in the yachting industry to introduce the DISCOVERY Yacht Programme and discuss how their vessel networks can get involved in marine conservation and research internationally. Although our croquet skills were lacking, this event connected yachting professionals from multiple disciplines, providing the opportunity to learn more about different aspects of the industry and make connections for the future.
The International SeaKeepers Society attended the YPY UK Summer Party to network with likeminded young professionals in the yachting industry and raise awareness of the DISCOVERY Yacht Programme.
