SeaKeepers promotes oceanographic research, conservation, and education through direct involvement with the yachting and boating community. Our primary focus is to provide educational resources and hands-on marine science experiences to students, ensuring the future wellbeing of our planet.
Through the DISCOVERY Program, SeaKeepers enables the yachting and boating community to take full advantage of their unique potential to advance marine sciences and raise awareness about global ocean issues through at-sea research, citizen science, educational outreach, and community engagement.
With headquarters in the United States and international chapters and offices in the United Kingdom, the South Pacific, and Asia, SeaKeepers continues to expand its global impact. Collaborating with government, educational, and private entities allow us to execute and grow the mission.

As boats traverse the globe, the non-profit enhances their impact through conservation, research, and education during their voyages.
Program participation can range from installation of a data collection device to hosting scientists and educators aboard their vessel. Through these efforts SeaKeepers collaborates with organizations, academic institutions, and government agencies to facilitate the mission which is comprised of:
